Rates & fees

The Simple Merchant Plan allows your business to pay a fixed monthly amount for your EFTPOS machine and business bank account, based on how many transactions you process. Simply choose the plan that suits your business.3

  • A CommBank business transaction account - we'll waive the $10 fee while you stay on your merchant plan4

You can add an extra device for $29.50 a month.

Getting your EFTPOS machine

1. Apply online 

After you've applied online, we'll call within 48 hours to make sure the product is right for your business.

We may ask for these details

  • Australian Business Number (ABN), business structure and registered address
  • Financial information including bank statements, yearly turnover and average transaction sizes of existing debit and credit cards
  • Depending on your business structure, details of every director, partner or trustee including date of birth, residence type and occupation

2. Review your application

  • We’ll email you your final application to review
  • If no signature is required, we'll fast track your application for approval
  • If we need a physical signature, we'll email your application to you to sign and return

3. Get approved

  • If approved, we'll send you a confirmation letter with your merchant facility ID

4. Receive your terminal

  • You can choose to receive a text message confirming when your terminal will arrive
  • Our technicians will deliver your terminal
  • Delivery takes at least 3 days for metro and 5 days for regional lo
